Alan is building the new standard in prevention insurance. We are hiring across France, Spain, Belgium and Canada. You will join the Business Strategy & Operations team, owning medium to large scale projects on business planning and strategy in the Paris area or Barcelona.

You will work with senior leaders to translate plans into actionable dashboards and resources, enable Sales and Account teams, and monitor performance with modern analytics tools in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and dashboards.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus for Paris/Barcelona operations.

Responsabilités

• Own medium to large scale strategic projects in Business Planning and Strategy.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to define and translate business plans.
• Develop dashboards and models to track performance and payback.
• Support Sales and Marketing objectives with rigorous analytics.
