Alan is hiring Operations Experts to deliver and optimize our insurance and health services at scale across France, Belgium, Spain and Canada. You will run core processes, monitor day-to-day operations, and collaborate with teams to continuously improve efficiency and service quality.

Based in France, Belgium, or Spain, you will join a pool of operations professionals, engage with providers, and help ensure delightful and reliable service for our members and partner companies.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Run and monitor insurance and health services processes.
• Define and own monitoring schemes to track volumes, efficiency and SLAs.
• Supervise partnerships and ensure business continuity.
• Perform controls and identify training needs and process improvements.
• Collaborate with product teams to automate processes and improve communications.
