Streem Energy in Paris is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to support clients in their usage of our services in the German market. As the first member of the Operations team for Germany, you will ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent support and building relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS or the energy industry and possess strong analytical skills, along with proficiency in English and German. Flexible remote working options and state-of-the-art tools are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an analyst, consultant, or customer support in SaaS or energy.
• Strong analytical and technical skills to define and challenge complex datasets.
• Interest in renewable energy and the green transition.
