Streem Energy is seeking a Lead / Senior Product Manager to drive a subset of Streem's energy management products. You will work with engineering, operations and the sales team to define the roadmap and execute bold ideas, with senior or lead level depending on experience.

You’ll become a pillar of Streem’s business, shaping strategy, communicating trade-offs, and delivering high-quality features quickly while maintaining product vision and user focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS.
• Strong interest in the renewable energy market and green transition.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with data sets; proficient in Excel/VBA, SQL, Python.
• Creative mindset with passion for product and design; focus on user experience.
• Excellent written and oral English communication.
• Curiosity for emerging technologies (AI) and their impact on product building.

Job Description

The Role

As a Lead / Senior Product Manager, you will take the lead of the development of a specific subset of Streem Energy products. You will work alongside the engineering team, the customer operations and the sales team, to define the product roadmap, and execute the ambitious ideas we have.

This role is open at Senior or Lead level depending on experience, impact track record, and leadership skills.

You will be a key pillar of Streem’s business, constantly liaising between our tech team and our clients and commercials. You will contribute to the definition of the company strategy, goals, and objectives.

At Streem, product is not a support function: product is at the heart of everything we do. Beyond execution, we are looking for a true product leader: someone who can develop a strong product vision, anticipate industry trends, and bring creativity to shape what energy management software should look like in the coming years.

You will be in charge of

• Define and refine the product’s short and long-term vision in collaboration with the product team and the founders
• Develop a clear understanding of the energy management industry, its trends, and emerging needs
• Establish short to mid-term key priorities aligned with business goals
• Contribute actively to the company strategy, objectives and roadmap definition
• Build a strong product and user culture within the whole Streem team
• Communicate clearly on product challenges, priorities and trade-offs
• Synchronize product efforts across engineering, operations and commercial teams
• Be a strong internal leader, able to drive execution and clarity even in ambiguity

On your day-to-day, you will

• Gain a deep understanding of all our user personas to come up with elegant solutions to their problems
• Monitor usage and user feedback continuously
• Monitor the energy management software landscape continuously
• Attend client meetings occasionally to understand needs and validate solutions
• Define the next generation of products and features, based on user feedback, analytics, studies and various inputs from our industry
• Design product and feature specifications rigorously
• Prioritize feature development, define product roadmaps, product strategy and key goals and objectives
• Manage the development backlog of your perimeter and ensure alignment with engineering capacity and other product managers’s roadmap
• Support the engineering team during the development, testing and release stage
• Ensure the quality of the deliveries
• Ensure the predictability of the deliveries
• Be accountable for shipping valuable features fast, while maintaining a high standard

Qualifications

One of Streem’s core values is to "try to get better, always" and as such we are looking for an experienced product manager with a strong bias toward execution. Shipping high quality features at a fast pace is your day-to-day challenge!

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, building data-oriented products
• Strong interest in the renewable energy market and the green transition (previous experience in the energy market is highly appreciated)
• Strong analytical and technical skills with an ability to define, analyse, challenge or be challenged on complex datasets (being proficient in Excel/VBA, SQL, Python, or other programming languages would be an advantage)
• Creative mind, passionate about product and design: you are obsessed with design and user experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English: you have great presentation skills and a natural ability to convince stakeholders
• Strong curiosity for emerging technologies (especially AI) and their impact on product building: You believe Product Management is being reinvented and you are excited to be part of this evolution.
