Job summary

Jobgether SRL in France is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer to own backend development, infrastructure, and key product features from concept to launch. The role sits in an AI-native, accelerator environment with Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, and modern tooling.

You will contribute to product growth, user acquisition, retention, and long‑term impact by building scalable backend services, collaborating with the Tech Lead, and shaping architecture for an early-stage product company.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of backend/full-stack development experience.
• Strong Node.js and TypeScript expertise with production-grade apps.
• Frontend experience with React or Next.js and TypeScript.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, REST API design and optimization.
• Experience with AWS, Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with automated tests (unit/integration/e2e).
• Active use of AI-powered development tools and agentic coding workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end feature development from ideation to deployment and performance analysis.
• Research market trends, identify opportunities, and propose features to boost user acquisition and retention.
• Build and maintain backend services with Node.js/TypeScript and contribute to frontend when needed.
• Collaborate on software architecture and technical decisions for scalability.
• Design, implement, and evolve cloud infrastructure for reliability and security.
• Drive AI-native engineering initiatives and introduce AI agents/tools in workflows.
• Establish engineering practices: automated tests, CI/CD, development workflows.
• Take ownership of technical initiatives and continuously improve product development.
