Job summary

Outlier connects subject-matter experts with paid AI training projects and is seeking native or fluent French speakers to participate in live, scenario-based conversations with an AI voice model. You will listen to and evaluate French-language conversations, scoring naturalness and usefulness, and explaining your ratings.

Most experts work 5–10 hours per week from home, with weekly payments via PayPal or Airtm.

Qualifications

• Native or highly fluent French speaker.
• Experience with improvisation, role-play, or unscripted performance.
• Customer-facing experience where you regularly handle unscripted conversations (customer service, sales, coaching, interviewing).

Responsibilities

• Participate in a live, scenario-based conversation in French with an AI voice model.
• Listen to and review recorded French-language conversations checking model adherence to guidelines.
• Score conversations on naturalness, helpfulness, and audio quality, and explain ratings in detail.
