Job summary

Outlier connects subject-matter experts with paid AI training projects and enables remote work on your own schedule. Earn up to $25/hr with weekly payouts via PayPal or Airtm by evaluating French-language conversations for AI models.

Ideal candidates are native or fluent French speakers with improvisation/unscripted conversation experience and a customer-facing background. Most experts contribute 5–10 hrs/week, with potential to scale up to 40 hrs.

Qualifications

• Native or highly fluent French speaker with ability to read, write and evaluate text fluently in French.
• Experience with improvisation, role-play, or unscripted performance.
• Customer-facing experience where you handle unscripted conversations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in live, scenario-based conversations in French with an AI voice model.
• Listen to and review recorded French conversations to ensure model follows guidelines.
• Score conversations on naturalness, usefulness, and audio quality, and explain ratings.
