Outlier is seeking French-speaking experts to participate in live, scenario-based conversations with an AI voice model. You will read, review, and evaluate French-language interactions, scoring naturalness and usefulness while explaining your ratings.

Remote, flexible hours, with weekly payments and incentives based on project performance. Candidates should be highly fluent in French and comfortable with unscripted exchanges.

Qualifikationen

• Native or highly fluent French speaker.
• Experience with improvisation, role-play, or unscripted performance (acting, improv, podcasting, voice work).
• Customer-facing experience handling unscripted conversations (customer service, sales, coaching, interviewing).
• Experience evaluating or reviewing conversations, calls, or audio content (QA, call auditing, content moderation).

Aufgaben

• Participate in a live, scenario-based conversation in French with an AI voice model.
• Listen to and review recorded French conversations to verify guideline adherence.
• Score conversations on naturalness, helpfulness, and audio quality, and explain ratings.
