Job summary

Outlier is seeking native or highly fluent French speakers to join its remote expert network. You will participate in live, scenario-based conversations with an AI voice model and provide detailed ratings on naturalness and usefulness.

Most experts work 5–10 hours per week, with potential to scale up. Earnings go up to $25 per hour with weekly payments via PayPal or Airtm, plus incentives for higher performance.

Qualifications

• Native or highly fluent French speaker.
• Experience with improvisation, role-play, or unscripted performance.
• Customer-facing experience with unscripted conversations.
• Experience evaluating or reviewing conversations or audio content.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a live, scenario-based conversation in French with an AI voice model.
• Listen to and review recorded French conversations for guideline adherence.
• Score conversations on naturalness, usefulness, and audio quality; explain ratings.
• Follow project guidelines and document your assessments clearly.
