Job summary

Outlier connects subject-matter experts with paid AI training projects. We are seeking native or highly fluent French speakers to participate in live, scenario-based conversations with an AI voice model, review transcripts, and score responses.

Work remotely with flexible hours, typically 5–10 hours per week up to 40, and earn up to 25 USD per hour. Weekly payments via PayPal or Airtm are common, with incentives through Outlier's surge pricing program.

Qualifications

• Native or highly fluent French speaker.
• Experience with improvisation, role-play, or unscripted performance.
• Customer-facing experience where you regularly handle unscripted conversations.
• Experience evaluating or reviewing conversations, calls, or audio content.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a live, scenario-based conversation in French with an AI voice model.
• Listen to and review recorded French-language conversations between a speaker and an AI model.
• Score conversations across dimensions like naturalness, helpfulness, and audio quality, then explain your ratings.
