Jobtailor in Aix-en-Provence is seeking an FP&A professional with a strong autonomy and 3+ years in finance or audit to scale with a growing team.

You will drive performance management, budgeting, forecasting and KPI analysis, while exploring AI/automation opportunities to improve reporting and reduce manual tasks.

Collaborating with non-finance teams, you will transform data reliability and contribute to data structuring while progressively reducing Excel dependencies.

Qualifications

• Proven FP&A or Audit/transactions experience (minimum 3 years) with autonomy.
• Willingness to join a scale-up environment.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and interest in data and AI/automation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Performance management
• Prepare complex provisions for accounting
• Produce and analyze monthly reports
• Monitor business and financial KPIs
• Analyze P&L trends and variances
• Draft business review slides
• Budgeting & forecasting
• During Q4 budgeting, handle operational requests related to processes (adjustments, data entry, controls)
• Monthly reforecast: manage the process, centralize information collection and perform necessary checks
• Business partnering
• Support operational teams in understanding their numbers (executive committee, tech, sales, HR, etc.)
• Assist decision-making through ad hoc analyses
• Help foster a financial culture within Gojob
• Tools & process transformation
• Participate in implementing and improving tools (Pigment, OMNI)
• Automate reporting and reduce manual tasks
• Gradually reduce dependency on Excel/Gsheet files
• Contribute to data structuring and reliability
• Propose ways to integrate AI into FP&A workflows

Requirements

• Proven experience in FP&A or Audit/transactions (minimum 3 years) with a strong level of autonomy
• Willingness to commit to a scale-up environment
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Advanced Gsheet/Excel skills and a genuine interest in data and AI/automation topics
• Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders (including non-finance teams)
