Mars France seeks an FP&A Regional Manager to partner with the Regional CFO and lead financial planning for the Rapid Growth Market. You’ll drive forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, working closely with markets and Global HQ to support growth and the 2031 vision.

The role requires 10 years of finance experience, fluency in English, strong Power BI/HFM skills, and a track record in FP&A or regional finance within FMCG or healthcare sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
• 10 years of relevant work experience
• Fluency in English – French or a third language is advantageous
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), HFM, Power BI
• AI Champion
• Experience in FP&A or Finance & Accounting roles
• Local market business partnering preferred
• Regional experience is a plus

Responsabilités

• Strategic partner to RC Rapid Growth Market CFO and Finance BP to Regional Sales & Marketing Director
• Lead financial forecasting process to deliver targets in a volatile environment
• Coordinate Annual Operating Plan with Markets and Global HQ
• Shape longer-term objectives to achieve the 2031 IVCP Vision
• Contribute to the RGM Leadership Team agenda
• Provide analyses on financial performance for RC Rapid Growth Market
• Serve as liaison between Global HQ Finance and Markets (>€1B)
• Create key financial reports to support growth decisions
• Champion AI, digital, automation and visualization tools (Power BI)
• Support on financial systems and reporting tools
• Lead Demand Business Partners and FP&A community
