Mars seeks a Regional FP&A Manager for the Rapid Growth Market to partner with the CFO and drive financial planning across multiple markets. You will lead forecasting, reporting, and the coordination of the Annual Operating Plan with Global HQ, shaping long-term objectives aligned with the 2031 IVCP Vision.

You will champion AI, Power BI, and digital tools to elevate reporting and decision-making while supporting regional markets and the RC leadership team.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
• 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluency in English; French or another language is a plus.
• Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), HFM, digital tools and Power BI.
• AI champion and experience in FP&A.

Aufgaben

• Partner with the RC Rapid Growth Market CFO and act as a key finance business partner to the Regional Sales & Marketing Director and Regional People & Organization VP.
• Lead financial forecasting to ensure delivery of targets in a volatile environment.
• Coordinate the Annual Operating Plan with Markets and Global HQ.
• Shape longer-term objectives to align with the 2031 IVCP Vision and RC OGSM.
• Lead the Rapid Growth Market demand FP&A community and reports.
