Resilience Care, a French remote healthcare tech company, seeks a Finance/FP&A professional to own management reporting and help the Finance Director steer the company’s P&L and cash performance.

You will build financial models, dashboards and tools, automate recurring tasks with AI, and partner with budget owners to improve forecasting and KPI tracking. Join a small, collaborative Finance team working fully remotely from France.

Qualifications

• Build financial models, complex formulas and dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets at an advanced level.
• Solid understanding of accounting, the monthly close and analytical accounting.
• Perform consistency checks, variance analysis, budgeting and landing-scenario projections.
• Use AI or automation in practical ways to improve efficiency.
• Work in English at a professional B2 level or above.

Responsabilités

• Produce monthly management reporting, track KPIs and build dashboards with the Finance Director.
• Improve analytical accounting and reconcile accounting and management data with the Accounting Manager.
• Support budgeting and reforecasting, analyse variances and anticipate landing scenarios.
• Partner with budget owners through monthly reviews and provide simple tracking tools.
• Monitor workforce costs, headcount, cash, burn and runway.
• Automate and document recurring Finance tasks and processes.
