Job summary

Edenred is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join the Mobility Business Line in France. You will partner with the Mobility Finance Director, coordinate month-end close, and deliver Excel/PowerPoint analyses and KPI reporting across multiple entities.

You will develop reporting templates, support budgeting and strategic planning, and help implement a robust cost monitoring framework for key entities within the Mobility scope. English and French fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with at least 4 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or finance business partnering.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Oracle and Hyperion knowledge is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a matrix and multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
• Clear communication with ability to switch between big picture and detailed views.

Responsibilities

• Month-end closing: ensure timely closing cadence for Mobility scope.
• Perform analyses to ensure accuracy of results and support monthly reviews.
• Develop SmartView/Excel-based analyses for KPIs and budgets.
• Coordinate with local subsidiaries on P&L, Capex, and working capital reporting.
• Prepare business review decks for closing and forecasts; monitor costs vs budgets.
