Resilience Care is a French company delivering remote medical monitoring and AI-enabled healthcare solutions. We are seeking a Finance professional to own management reporting, improve data reliability, and build tools to support growth. You will work with the Finance Director and Accounting Manager to steer P&L and cash performance.

You will automate processes, run monthly reviews, and contribute to budgeting, reforecasting, and KPI tracking in a remote-friendly environment across France.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel modeling and dashboarding skills.
• Solid understanding of monthly close and analytical accounting.
• Experience with budgeting, variances, and forecasting.
• Ability to apply AI/automation to Finance tasks.
• Professional English (B2) required.

Responsabilités

• Produce monthly management reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Improve analytical accounting and reconcile data with Accounting Manager.
• Support budgeting, reforecasting, variance analysis and scenarios.
• Create simple tracking tools and partner with budget owners.
• Monitor workforce costs, cash, burn and runway.
• Automate recurring Finance tasks and document processes.
