Job summary

Resilience Care, a French company focused on remote medical monitoring, seeks a Finance/FP&A professional to own management reporting and steer the P&L and cash performance with the Finance Director. You will build dashboards, run monthly closes, and drive budgeting and forecasts in a fast-growing healthcare tech environment.

You will work in English, collaborating with a small Finance team, and contribute to AI-driven process improvements while ensuring data integrity and insightful financial

Qualifications

• Build financial models, complex formulas and dashboards using spreadsheets at an advanced level.
• Solid understanding of accounting, monthly close and analytical accounting.
• Perform consistency checks, variance analysis, budgeting and scenario projections.
• Use AI or automation to improve efficiency in finance processes.
• Work in English at a professional B2 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management reporting, track KPIs and build dashboards with the Finance Director.
• Improve analytical accounting and reconcile data between accounting and management reporting.
• Support budgeting and reforecasting, analyze variances and anticipate landing scenarios.
• Partner with budget owners through monthly reviews and provide simple tracking tools.
• Monitor workforce costs, headcount, cash, burn and runway.
• Automate and document recurring finance tasks and processes.
