Mindflow is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer focused on Cybersecurity & AI. You will embed with security teams to design automations, build them with Mindflow, and move solutions into production.

You will lead technical discovery with SOC, SecOps, CSIRT, IAM and cloud security teams, and design end-to-end automations across SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR and cloud security tools. Remote-friendly across Europe, equity available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity engineering, security architecture, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or similar hands-on roles.
• Practical knowledge of SecOps, SOC, SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, IAM, cloud security or threat intel.
• Strong experience with APIs, JSON and scripting, ability to troubleshoot integrations in complex environments.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Sales, Product and Engineering, bringing field feedback into the roadmap.
• Create reusable demos, templates and technical documentation for future deployments.

THE ROLE

As a Forward Deployed Engineer focused on Cybersecurity & AI, you will work at the intersection of customer needs, solution architecture and hands-on delivery. You will embed with security teams to understand their environment, design the right automation approach, build it with Mindflow, and help move it into production.

• Lead technical discovery with SOC, SecOps, CSIRT, IAM and cloud security teams.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You combine strong technical depth with the ability to build trust with both practitioners and senior stakeholders.

MUST-HAVE

• 5+ years in cybersecurity engineering, security architecture, solutions engineering, technical consulting, professional services or a comparable hands-on role.
• Practical knowledge of one or more security domains such as SecOps/SOC, SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, IAM, cloud security, incident response or threat intelligence.
• Strong experience with APIs, JSON and scripting, and the ability to troubleshoot integrations in complex environments.
• A pragmatic problem-solving mindset: you can break down an ambiguous process and turn it into a robust automated solution.
• Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Professional fluency in both French and English.

NICE-TO-HAVE

• Experience deploying automation platforms or AI-enabled security solutions.
• Familiarity with LLMs, agentic systems, prompt engineering or AI security.
• Experience with enterprise governance, data protection and regulated environments.
• Personal projects or technical content demonstrating curiosity and a builder mindset.
