Körber is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support planning, development and continuous improvement of our MES platforms for the pharmaceutical industry.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Owners, and cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into product enhancements, participate in discovery, backlog management, and ensure alignment with compliance requirements in a regulated sector.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Support product strategy documentation based on market trends.
• Maintain product backlogs and track delivery progress.
• Participate in sprint planning and reviews.
• Coordinate activities across Development, QA, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
• Document customer needs and translate them into product improvements.
• Support discovery activities and prepare business cases and evaluations.
