Körber Pharma Packaging AG is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to support Customer Service, Parts, Field Service, and Project Management in ERP and financial processes. You will handle orders, expenses, and reports while training new staff on ERP and Concur.

You will also back Shipping/Receiving and Aftermarket operations, ensuring proper case management and timely documentation. This role emphasizes teamwork and a positive, open culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred in business or related field.
• About five years of relevant business experience preferred.
• Sales CRM experience preferred and SAP ERP experience preferred.
• Strong team orientation and customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain service and project jobs in ERP system.
• Review expenses and upload service reports in ERP.
• Prepare service invoices and close sales orders.
• Train new employees on ERP time entry and Concur.
• Assist management with financial reports.
• Support Shipping, Receiving, Sales Force and Aftermarket operations.
• Act as office culture ambassador.
