Job summary

Körber seeks an accomplished Sales Manager to lead sales and marketing for its software offerings in the pharmaceutical sector. You will drive annual targets, engage with clients, and coordinate with operations to ensure successful project delivery.

Travel to client sites is required, with about 80% of time on the road, while collaborating across borders with international teams. A strong pharma/ MES background and fluent English are essential.

• Travel is needed for client engagements (approximately 80% of work time).
• Collaboration with execution and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution for clients is highly valued.
• Proficiency in navigating the reporting framework.
• Meet and surpass sales targets within the region.
