Fusion Consulting AG is seeking an experienced MES Project Manager to lead end-to-end MES initiatives in a regulated pharma environment. Strong Koerber PAS-X expertise and cross-functional collaboration with business, manufacturing, quality, validation and IT teams are essential.

You will coordinate global MES templates and oversee integrations with ERP, WMS and enterprise systems, ensuring on-time deployment and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering MES projects in pharma or life sciences.
• Strong knowledge of Koerber PAS-X.
• Experience with MES integrations involving ERP, WMS and enterprise systems.
• Experience in regulated GxP environments.
• Familiarity with ISA-95 and CSV.

We are supporting a leading life sciences organization on a large-scale MES transformation program and are seeking an experienced MES Project Manager with strong Koerber PAS-X expertise.

The successful candidate will lead MES initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of manufacturing digitalization projects within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• Proven experience managing MES projects within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Strong knowledge of Koerber PAS-X.
• Experience with MES integrations involving ERP, warehouse management, and enterprise systems.
• Understanding of EBR, MBR, equipment integration, master data, and manufacturing workflows.
• Experience working in regulated GxP environments.
• Familiarity with ISA-95 and Computer System Validation (CSV).

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP integration.
• Knowledge of manufacturing reporting and analytics solutions.
• Experience supporting global MES template rollouts across multiple sites.
• Exposure to process modelling and test management tools.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to work effectively with international and cross-functional teams.
