Job summary

Fusion Consulting, a leading Life Sciences and IT boutique, seeks an experienced MES Project Manager with Koerber PAS-X expertise to lead a large-scale MES transformation for a top pharma client in Paris. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across manufacturing, quality, validation, and IT, ensure GxP compliance, and drive ERP integration and template rollouts in a regulated environment.

Fluency in French and English, plus strong stakeholder management and project leadership, are required

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading MES projects in pharma or life sciences.
• Strong knowledge of Koerber PAS-X and MES integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a global, cross-functional setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MES projects from design through deployment and go-live.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate business, manufacturing, quality, validation, and IT teams.
