Jobgether is seeking a Customer Experience Agent for a fully remote role in France. You will be part of a global Client Experience team, handling inquiries across markets via live chat, phone, and email, educating clients on financial products, and guiding them through trading tools and processes.

You'll troubleshoot access, maintain records, and ensure compliance while delivering a positive, solutions-oriented service experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in client-facing or customer support role.
• Willingness to establish as an independent contractor with valid registration.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Native or fluent in German, French, Spanish, or Polish.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and support tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide responsive and professional support via live chat, phone, email, and other platforms.
• Explain products clearly, helping clients understand how they work and how to use them effectively.
• Troubleshoot platform access, trading tools, and account processes.
• Maintain documentation and comprehensive audit trails in ticketing systems.
• Support timely processing of account-opening requests and funding activities.
• Follow regulatory, compliance, and risk-management requirements.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention through a proactive approach.
