Jobgether is seeking a Technical Customer Engineer based in France for a partner fintech. You’ll own L2/L3 technical support across APIs, transactions, and observability tools, partnering with Engineering, Product, and Customer teams to turn issues into improvements.

In this remote role, you’ll investigate complex API and integration problems using Postman, curl, SQL, and logs, build runbooks, and contribute to AI-assisted investigation workflows while maintaining strong client relationships and

Qualifications

• Must have strong technical troubleshooting across APIs and systems.
• Ability to investigate issues using logs, API traces, and transaction data.
• Experience communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and executive stakeholders.
