Jobgether is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist based in France to guide new partners through onboarding, from initial contact to final verification. You will work with Compliance, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure accurate, timely onboarding and a positive first impression.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, effective communication, and the use of CRM and AI tools to streamline processes. Fully remote work is offered to LATAM or Europe-based candidates.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in onboarding or related customer-facing role.
• Strong attention to detail and document review experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM and document management systems.
• Ability to work remotely.
• Experience with KYC procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onboarding contact for new business partners.
• Collect KYC docs and ownership details.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter partner information in CRM and internal systems.
• Coordinate with Compliance and escalate issues.
• Monitor progress and inform stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless transition to ongoing partner support.
• Handle confidential information per privacy policies.
• Identify onboarding improvements to templates and processes.
• Track activity, timelines, and documentation.
• Leverage AI tools to support research and productivity.
