Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of our partner, seeks a Personal VIP Manager (Evening Schedule) based in France to manage a VIP portfolio and drive engagement across digital platforms. You will communicate via email, chat, and calls, re-engage inactive users, and deliver tailored support while collaborating with VIP and Sales teams.

This fully remote role follows a fixed evening schedule 18:00–02:00 Kyiv time, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in iGaming or online gambling with customer engagement focus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage a portfolio of VIP customers with personalized communication.
• Develop engagement strategies to maintain activity and loyalty.
• Identify inactive customers and re-engage them.
• Analyze customer behavior to tailor support.
• Provide personalized assistance and propose platform features.
