Job summary

Jobgether SRL in France is seeking a Project Manager – Strategy & Impact Business Enablement to lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional programs in a fully remote capacity. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, collaborate with senior leaders, vendors, and SMEs, and drive governance, risk management, and executive decision-making.

The role requires 5–8 years of business experience, PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification, and strong communication, analysis, and organizational

Qualifications

Five to eight years of overall business experience with 3–4 years leading projects.
PM certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
Strong experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic projects and business enablement initiatives across full lifecycle.
Define objectives, scope, success measures, dependencies, and governance structures.
Facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to map needs.
Monitor risks, issues, and change requests with escalation options.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners for deliverables.
Prepare executive updates, risk assessments, and option analyses.
Support Agile and hybrid delivery, including backlog and sprint planning.
Strengthen governance processes and project management maturity.
Coach stakeholders on effective delivery and collaboration.
