You will nurture high-value customers, monitor activity, and deliver personalized support to boost engagement and loyalty. You will communicate across email, chat, and phone, identify inactive users, and collaborate with VIP and Sales teams to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in the iGaming or online gambling industry, with understanding of customer engagement and retention practices.
• Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate confidently with customers.
• Strong communication skills across telephone, email, and messaging interactions.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive long-term customer relationships.
• Willingness to learn new tools and systems and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage a portfolio of VIP customers with personalized communication.
• Develop engagement strategies to maintain activity and loyalty across digital platforms.
• Identify inactive customers and proactively re-engage them.
• Analyze customer behavior to tailor support and improve experiences.
• Provide personalized assistance and recommend platform features and services.
• Manage multi-channel communications (email, messaging, phone).
• Communicate platform benefits in an engaging, customer-focused manner.
• Handle objections with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
