Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (EMEA) to drive renewals for our software portfolio across the EMEA region. The role focuses on proactive renewal management, maintaining accurate pipeline visibility, and coordinating with partners and customers to ensure timely orders.

This quota-carrying position requires strong communication skills, Salesforce proficiency, and the ability to collaborate across multiple countries and cultures.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in inside sales, software renewals, or customer retention.
• Experience with software maintenance or subscription models.
• Familiarity with multi-country regional sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluent English and at least one European language.

Responsabilités

• Own and achieve a defined renewals sales quota for the software portfolio in EMEA.
• Proactively manage renewal cycles, ensuring partners and customers are notified, engaged and supported throughout the process.
• Drive renewal opportunities to completion through follow-up and partner enablement.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to the appropriate sales teams.
