Duvo Inc. is seeking a Transformation Strategist to own the day-to-day momentum of an enterprise transformation.

You will partner with a Senior Transformation Strategist and Forward Deployed Engineers on a small number of live enterprise accounts, staying close to how work happens and turning senior steer into actionable analysis, materials and change that move the work forward. This is a hands-on consulting role for someone early in their career but able to earn trust in a customer room,

Qualifications

Currently operating from Consultant/Associate through Project Leader/Engagement Manager level at McKinsey, BCG or Bain, typically with around 3–5 years of core, client-facing consulting experience.
Excellent analytical and communication craft; comfortable working from messy data and incomplete information.
Bias for delivery and ownership; stay close to the work after the deck is finished and follow through on actions.
Customer judgment; listen well, ask direct questions and communicate clearly with different levels of the organization.
Early-stage working style; thrive with limited teams and use AI in your own work.

Responsabilités

Own the workstream fact base: build a robust evidence base showing where costs and process issues occur.
Run the day-to-day delivery rhythm: turn diagnostic into practical roadmaps and maintain actions.
Build the evidence for impact: lock baselines, monitor progress and communicate results to leadership.
