Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an Operating Model Consultant to join our hybrid Digital Consulting European team in Paris. You will work with senior consultants on client engagements and presales pursuits, developing expertise in operating model design, governance, and value realization.

You’ll grow quickly, taking increasing ownership of workstreams and contributing to cross-functional delivery with engineers, designers and technologists.

Qualifications

• Operating model fundamentals including roles, structures, governance and ways of working.
• Structured problem-solving with gap analysis, roadmapping and business case building.
• Strategy and value thinking linking capabilities, initiatives and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of operating model engagements across multiple clients and industries.
• Support strategy and business case work by analyzing markets and client ambitions.
• Support value frameworks by connecting capabilities, initiatives and KPIs to outcomes.
• Plan and facilitate client workshops and produce clear materials for senior stakeholders.
• Assist presales/RFPs with solution content and early-stage workshops.
• Contribute reusable frameworks and content to strengthen the practice’s offerings.
• Take ownership of discrete workstreams and grow to manage smaller pieces of work with oversight.
• Blend into live engagements with EPAM engineers, designers and technology specialists.
