As a Solution Expert, you will own client portfolios, lead integrations (APIs/SSO), and deliver professional services while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to maximize business impact.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional consulting experience, preferably in a customer facing role.
• Previous deployment experience of SaaS products, ideally HR related.
• Project management skills.
• Good understanding and experience working with APIs, SSO configuration & troubleshooting.
• Solution-oriented, client-first mindset in everything you do.
• Ability to adapt to a technically diverse audience and simplify complex concepts.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients throughout lifecycle to drive product adoption.
• Lead complex integrations (APIs, flat files, third-party tools) and design scalable solutions.
• Provide high-level recommendations to maximize business impact and value.
• Deliver professional services and contribute to knowledge base and best practices.
• Support strategic customers across contractual periods with expert guidance.
