Joshua G. Aguirre - Recruitment Process Outsourcing is seeking a Remote Customer Support Agent (French + English) for an automotive brand.

The role is based remotely from Braga, Portugal, with a 6-month renewable contract and a base salary of €1,100 per month (14 payments) plus €80 monthly bonus and allowances. Responsibilities include handling calls, chats, and emails, resolving product questions, recording details in CRM, and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What youll do

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email.
• Assist clients with questions, product details, and troubleshooting.
• Record accurate and up-to-date information in internal CRM tools.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with every interaction.
• Ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through quality service.
• Meet performance targets in service, quality, and efficiency.
• Share feedback and contribute to process improvements.
