Cross Border Talents is looking for a French speaker to work as an Customer Support Agent for a global leader in Lisbon or in Braga!

The job

To support the company's customers, act as abrand ambassador and continually elevate thecustomer experience throughout the customer's
lifecycle, transforming each point of contact intoopportunities to create brand engagement, trustand loyalty, with a 1st point of contact mindset.

The activities

Part of your daily activities will be:

- Serving customers in inbound and outbound contactsthrough voice or digital platforms, identifying,understanding and responding promptly to their specific
needs and expectations;

- Achieving high customer satisfaction through personalized,professional communication by applying brand tone toevery touch point and situation;

- Using all available skills and information to obtain FirstContact Resolution and prevent customers from callingmore than once to resolve their issue;

- Being the ambassador and have specialized knowledge ofour products, sustainability services andcommitments, continuously learns and takes advantage ofnew knowledge and skills in his own work;

- Creating sales and customer retention opportunitiesbetween outbound and inbound contacts, influencing high value customers, size or order valuethrough genuine interest in customers and their habits,taking advantage of relevant offers.

What we are looking for

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong ability to communicate empathetically and clearly;

- Native level of French and some fluency in English;

-A proactive attitude with a bias toward doing whats right for the community;

-Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset;

-Ability to analyze data and identify trends to enhance workflows.
