Job summary

BuyCo is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Operations team and support rapid growth. You will manage a portfolio of customers, run QBRs, capture feedback, and align with Sales, Product and Tech to drive adoption and renewals.

The role requires deep logistics knowledge and fluency in French and English, with a strong track record in upsell/cross-sell within a SaaS context. The position offers a full-time CDI contract, remote work options, and a competitive salary with a performance

Qualifications

• Fluent in both French and English.
• Background in the logistics sector.
• Experience in SaaS / Log Tech ecosystem and the possibility to be the owner of your own perimeter.
• Ability to talk to high-level interlocutors as well as day-to-day users.

Responsibilities

• Drive the relationship with customers and manage a portfolio.
• Lead MBRS/QBRs and monitor KPIs to assess product performance and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product and Tech to feed the roadmap.
• Increase product adoption and usage and renew contracts.
• Mentor and support teammates and share maritime domain expertise.
