Job summary

Synera in Bremen/Germany is seeking a CRM Systems Administrator to own Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and seamless integrations across the GTM stack.

You will design data models, automate processes, and build dashboards that actually drive decisions. English required; German a plus. Remote-friendly with office access in Bremen.

This role emphasizes ownership, documentation, and proactive improvements, with a compensation band reflecting mid to senior levels.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering Salesforce in a B2B sales organization (certification a plus, real flows and technical logic a must)
• Working knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable marketing-automation platform
• Comfortable in the data layer: SQL is second nature; you have built ETL/data pipelines and can debug a sync
• You have built reporting and forecasting people actually use
• An automator by instinct: scripts, APIs, workflow tools, and AI agents are how you scale yourself
• You work in English confidently; German is a plus
• Ownership mentality: you document what you build and fix the system, not just the symptom

Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce: you are the admin of record who implements, maintains, and improves objects, fields, flows, validation rules, permission sets, lead routing
• Administer HubSpot: marketing automation, channel integrations, attribution, workflows
• Ship changes like an engineer: test in sandbox, deploy in production, and enable the team
• Own the interfaces: Salesforce <> HubSpot sync, enrichment and outbound tooling, and the data feeds to the data warehouse and AI integrations
• Manage users, permissions, and licenses across the GTM stack and evaluate new tools
• Design the data model: decide what needs a new field or a retire, implement it, and enable the team
• Support the whole customer journey: train and enable teams in CRM day to day, build self-serve dashboards and automations
