Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Freelance Creative Lead / Creative Strategist to shape the creative direction across three brands from a remote position in France. Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in creative strategy, art direction, or creative leadership with a focus on performance marketing and paid social creatives.
• A proven ability to translate performance metrics into creative decisions and scalable concepts.
• Experience building or managing a structured creative testing framework.
• Strong judgment to approve final deliverables and ensure high-quality output.
• Excellent messaging, copywriting, and audience relevance skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate performance data and audience insights into actionable creative recommendations and manage testing frameworks.
• Define creative angles, hooks, formats, and audience-specific messaging for multiple brands.
• Evaluate metrics like scroll-stop rate, CTR, and conversion rate to inform creative decisions and scale successful concepts.
• Provide final creative approvals and deliver actionable feedback to reduce revisions.
• Own the content pipeline and prioritize work across brands with realistic deadlines.
• Evolve brand positioning while maintaining distinct tones and objectives for each brand.
• Improve ideation, testing, and performance evaluation through structured processes and tools.
• Develop long-term content concepts and explore new formats beyond campaigns.
• Collaborate with content and performance teams to align creative decisions with business goals.
