ixolabs.ai seeks an experienced plan-review professional to assess drawings against building codes for US jurisdictions. You will identify omissions, conflicts and unworkable details, communicating findings via an organized plan-review approach.

Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu and knowledge of IBC/IEBC/IECC and ICC A117.1 are valued. Remote or on-site assignments are arranged by project and timing.

Qualifications

• US-based plan review experience with at least three years reviewing permit plans.
• Knowledge of IBC, IEBC, IECC and ICC A117.1 as relevant.

Responsabilités

• Check drawing packages against codes and review criteria relevant to the building and jurisdiction.
• Produce readable markups and written findings with tools such as Bluebeam where appropriate.
