ixolabs.ai is seeking professionals to review civil or survey plan artifacts for technical consistency, completeness and compliance within the assigned discipline. You will evaluate the engineering or survey reasoning behind boundaries, infrastructure and plan details rather than relying on surface-level drawing similarity.

The role requires US practice in civil design/review, land development or survey/mapping with at least three years of responsibility, and possession of a Civil PE or a PLS.

Qualifications

• US civil design/review practice with at least 3 years of responsibility.
• Holding Civil PE for engineering or PLS for survey work is expected.
• Ability to interpret engineered plans, aerial imagery, topography and parcel records.
