ixolabs.ai is seeking a licensed architect or professional designer to create scenarios spanning schematic design, development, and construction documentation for remote engagements.

You will explain the code and design reasoning behind reference answers and evaluate model outputs for design quality, document consistency, and code compliance. BIM/Revit proficiency preferred; about 10 hours per week; hourly pay $105–$135 USD, with assignments scheduled by agreement.

Qualifications

• Must have a professional architecture degree or active licence.
• Minimum two years in design or construction documentation.
• Strong ability to explain code and design reasoning in writing.
