Travelwithsan is seeking a highly organized Booking Coordination Representative to help clients research options, coordinate reservations, and manage booking details in a fully remote environment. You will communicate clearly, review information for accuracy, and provide confirmations and updates throughout the reservation process.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, researching solutions, and keeping multiple requests organized with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused and professional.
• Comfortable conducting online research.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
• Comfortable using email and web-based platforms.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous customer service, reservations, hospitality, or coordination experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with clients regarding booking needs and preferences
• Research accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services
• Assist with coordinating reservations and confirmations
• Review booking information for accuracy and completeness
• Provide clients with confirmations, updates, and important details
• Assist with changes, adjustments, and special requests
• Maintain accurate client and booking records
• Follow up on pending requests and required information
• Communicate with service providers when necessary
