Jobgether SRL in France is seeking a bilingual Member Outreach & Award Qualification Virtual Assistant to support a large member community through proactive outreach and qualification activities. You will contact members by phone, text, and email, guiding them through the established recognition process and recording progress in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, member support, outreach, appointment setting, or a similar role.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Excellent spoken English and a professional phone presence.
• Experience with outbound calling, SMS, and email outreach is preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM platforms.

Responsabilités

• Conduct proactive outbound outreach to members through phone calls, text messages, and email.
• Explain the purpose of the outreach and the award-recognition initiative.
• Follow established scripts and qualification processes with a natural, personable approach.
• Build relationships and encourage participation in the qualification process.
• Ask qualification questions, guide surveys, and collect required information.
• Complete reference forms and supporting documentation.
• Follow up with unresponsive members and those with incomplete information.
• Maintain ownership of assigned members through outreach and qualification.
• Record calls, messages, responses, and activities in the CRM.
• Maintain organized member records, pipelines, and workflows.
• Manage spreadsheets and scheduling; perform data cleanup.
• Escalate questions outside procedures and meet deadlines.
