Lever, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Member Outreach & Award Qualification Virtual Assistant to support a large member community from France. The role focuses on proactive outreach, qualification, CRM management, and documentation, completed remotely.

Candidates will interact by phone, SMS, and email, follow scripts, maintain accurate records in Close.io and Google Workspace, and work independently within a broader remote team. This is a fully remote independent contractor position.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in customer service, outreach, or similar roles preferred.
• Strong organization, data-entry and follow-up skills.
• Comfort with CRM systems; Close.io is a plus.
• Able to work remotely with a structured process.
• Proactive communicator and reliable team player.

Responsabilités

• Conduct proactive outbound outreach to members by phone, SMS, and email.
• Explain outreach purpose and the award-recognition initiative.
• Follow scripts and qualification processes while staying personable.
• Record interactions and manage CRM updates.
• Maintain organized member records and workflows.
• Escalate issues per procedures and meet deadlines.
