Brevo is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join the Customer Experience Team. The role focuses on direct support via email and telephone, with additional responsibilities across related tasks.

Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, and previous SaaS customer experience is a plus. The position offers a remote-friendly setup with a bias toward collaboration within a vibrant, international office environment in Paris.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish (mandatory).
• Experience in customer experience/success/support.
• First experience in customer management focused on retention.

Responsabilités

• Manage and resolve daily client tickets via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure clients' questions and problems are addressed properly and promptly.
• Handle challenging customers and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Report, analyze and resolve system and operational issues affecting clients.
• Grow client relations and collaborate with the tech team to identify bugs.
• Master emailing best practices and develop a solid understanding of our platform.
