Apaleo is a hospitality tech leader seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the DACH/France markets. You will generate qualified opportunities, qualify inbound leads, and build a strong pipeline using outbound outreach and discovery conversations.

Join a fast-growing, API-first platform with remote/hybrid options. The role emphasizes KPI-driven performance, collaboration with Account Executives, and a path toward Account Executive leadership in a global, diverse team.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS or similar commercial role.
• Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline building.
• Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage inbound leads with speed and high qualification standards.
• Proactively build pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn).
• Meet and exceed monthly targets (meetings booked, opportunities).
• Conduct discovery to understand customer needs and pain points.
• Engage decision-makers in hospitality and position Apaleo's value.
• Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth handover of opportunities.
• Leverage partner ecosystem to generate additional leads.
• Maintain clean data in HubSpot and use tools to optimise performance.
