Job summary

Resilience Care in Paris is seeking a Backend & Applied AI Engineer to join our engineering team. You will build and maintain backend services and APIs in Python, optimize performance, and ensure production reliability as part of a product that structures real-world clinical data.

Initially about 75% backend and 25% Applied AI, you will collaborate with an ML lead and an Applied AI engineer to deliver AI-enabled features and integrate AI models into the product, while embracing a French/English

Qualifications

• Develop backend services in Python.
• Design and evolve APIs for scalable data structures.
• Work with databases and data-processing workflows.
• Use Docker, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understand latency, throughput, concurrency and resource consumption challenges.
• Integrate an AI model or LLM API into a product, even with initial hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs in Python.
• Measure and improve processing time, scalability and backend architecture.
• Strengthen testing, CI/CD, observability and production reliability.
• Collaborate with the Applied AI Engineer on backend integration of AI features.
• Deliver end-to-end product changes with the rest of the team.
