Job summary

Resilience Care is seeking a Backend & Applied AI Engineer to build and maintain data-structuring services and APIs, with a focus on reliability and performance. You will work on a product handling real-world clinical data and AI-enabled features.

The role is ~75% backend and ~25% Applied AI, with collaboration across backend, frontend and AI engineers, based in Paris and remote from France.

Qualifications

• Backend software development in Python.
• API design and evolution.
• Experience with databases and data-processing workflows.
• Familiar with Docker, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of latency, throughput, concurrency and resource use.
• Experience integrating AI models or LLM APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services and APIs in Python.
• Deliver end-to-end product changes with the team.
• Measure and improve processing time, scalability and backend architecture.
• Improve testing, observability and production reliability.
• Collaborate on integrating AI-enabled features.
