Job summary

Resilience Care is seeking a Backend & Applied AI Engineer to build and maintain Python backend services and APIs for real-world clinical data. You will collaborate with AI teammates to integrate AI features and ensure reliable performance in a production setting.

The role is primarily backend (about 75%), with AI integration tasks, and offers hands-on learning in a remote, France-based team environment based in Paris.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional Python backend development experience.
• Built and deployed at least one service or API.
• Used a database in a real application.
• Worked with Docker and a continuous-integration workflow.
• Fluent in English and French (minimum B2 in both).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs in Python.
• Improve processing time, scalability and backend architecture.
• Strengthen testing, CI/CD, observability and production reliability.
• Collaborate with the Applied AI engineer on backend integration of AI features.
