Job summary

MSX International in Colombes, Île-de-France, is seeking an automotive technician to join our technical hotline team. You will provide remote diagnostics and support to the dealer network for a major automotive manufacturer, guiding technicians through procedures and troubleshooting.

The role offers a permanent CDI contract with ETAM status, a 36-hour hybrid weekly schedule, six weeks of paid leave, health and disability insurance, meal card and CSE perks.

Qualifications

• Solid background as an automotive technician with experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and use diagnostic tools.
• Good communication skills and teamwork are essential.
• English technical proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote diagnostic support to dealership technicians.
• Manage high-priority cases and drive swift resolutions.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and relay field data for quality improvements.
• Troubleshoot system incidents related to diagnostic tools.
• Occasionally conduct on-site dealership visits for specialized cases.
